PASTOR Kelvin Stepney

Reverend Kelvin W. Stepney is a humble and passionate servant of God who expresses the love of God to all people. He has served as the third Pastor of the New Generation Missionary Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas since 2005.

A 1983 graduate of Wilmer-Hutchins High School, Dallas, Texas, Pastor Stepney was called into the gospel ministry in February1989. He was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 1996 and furthered his biblical wisdom with studies at Southern Bible Institute, D. Edwin Johnson Institute, Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary and College and Criswell College. His spiritual agenda is to “Strengthen The Inner Man” by preaching and teaching the inspiring Word of God. A devoted servant, he uses his platform to share God’s word, offer encouragement and support throughout the community.

Pastor Stepney has been a member of the Oak Cliff Baptist Ministers Union of Dallas, Texas for over thirteen years and has previously served in the positions of Revival Chairman and Chairman of the Young Ministers Pastoral Experience Panel. He currently serves as First Vice President. Pastor Stepney enjoys spending quality time with his family, which includes four daughters. His interests include singing, fishing, sports and watching movies.
